Channel policy
INTERNAL REPORTING SYSTEM POLICY
1. Purpose and scope
This channel covers Turística Antel SL, tax identification number B57076580, and its Cala Llamp location. It allows reports about information obtained in a work-related or professional context concerning possible breaches of EU law covered by Article 2 of Spanish Law 2/2023, criminal offences or serious or very serious administrative offences. It may be used by employees, former employees, applicants, self-employed persons, shareholders, members of governing bodies, trainees, volunteers and persons working for contractors, subcontractors or suppliers, within the statutory scope.
The channel does not replace emergency services, customer complaints or routine human resources management. Reporting a matter here does not automatically bring matters outside Law 2/2023 within its protection. Potential harassment, discrimination or serious risks will be assessed on their substance and applicable legislation rather than dismissed because of their label.
2. Principles
Reports are managed confidentially, diligently, independently and objectively, with data minimisation, the presumption of innocence and respect for reputation and defence rights. Anonymous and identified reports are accepted; identifying yourself does not waive confidentiality. Company and location assignments limit access to authorised persons.
The governing body approves the policy and procedure, appoints the System Officer and provides independence and resources. The company has identified Daniel Wilson Cossatti Coll as System Officer (dcossatti@grupofolies.com), with Patricia García as supporting manager (patricia@grupofolies.com). Alexandra Grau Palmer is the alternative contact for conflicts of interest or absence (sandragrau@beachclubgranfolies.com).
