Procedure
REPORTING CHANNEL PROCEDURE
1. Submission and follow-up
Internal channel for Turística Antel SL and its Cala Llamp location. Use the form to report the facts, anonymously or with your identity, and attach documents. Keep your reference and access key to view feedback, add information and statements and communicate confidentially with the manager, who may request clarification.
You may request an in-person meeting through the form or follow-up area; it must take place within seven days of your request. With your consent, an oral report will be documented in a complete and accurate transcript, which you may check, correct and accept by signing.
2. Receipt and time limits
Receipt will be acknowledged within seven calendar days unless this would compromise confidentiality. The report will be assessed to decide whether to investigate, close with reasons or refer it to the competent body.
Feedback on investigative action will be provided within three months of receipt or, if no acknowledgement was sent, from the expiry of seven days after submission. Particularly complex cases may require up to three additional months.
3. Investigation and safeguards
The System Officer will supervise diligent, independent and confidential handling. If the facts concern a person managing the channel, indicate the conflict in the form so the report can be assigned to someone without a conflict of interest.
The reporting person's identity will be protected. Data protection, the presumption of innocence, reputation and defence rights will be respected. The person concerned will be informed of the allegations and may be heard at a time and in a manner compatible with the investigation, without disclosure of the reporting person's identity. Retaliation is prohibited under Law 2/2023.
Anyone receiving a report outside the channel must immediately forward it to the System Officer while maintaining confidentiality. Indications of a criminal offence will be referred immediately to the Public Prosecutor; where EU financial interests are affected, to the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
4. Closure and other routes
Conclusions and any appropriate measures will be documented. Feedback will be provided through follow-up or the agreed safe contact method, respecting confidentiality and third-party rights. Data processing and retention are explained in “Privacy”.
You may report directly to the competent authorities without first using this channel. See “External channels” for access details and “Channel policy” for scope and protection conditions.
